What leads to success?

1) Passion. Do it for love not money.
2) Work. It's all hard work ... but have fun at it.
3) Good. To be successful - put your nose down in something and get damn good at it. There's no magic: it's practice, practice, practice.
4) Focus. Focus yourself on one thing.
5) Push. Push yourself through shyness, self doubt.
6) Serve. It's a privilege to serve. Serve something of value to others.
7) Ideas. Listen, observe, ask questions, problem solve, make connections.
8) Persist. Persist through failure. Persist through criticism, rejection, assholes, and pressure (CRAP).
