Social Software Chooser

1. User goes to website, runs local software inventory tool
2. All software installed locally on the PC is inventoried, shown to user and (optionally!) uploaded to site 
   1. Note that where possible, 'frequency of use' data is also kept
3. The uploaded data is cross-matched with other user's uploaded data, to produce 'people who use the software you use are also using $foosoftware' type recommendations.
4. 'You are using $foosoftware, but $blahsoftware does the same and is much higher rated'
5. Link to installers for the recommended software
6. Also provide ways to answer the following questions about software on user's computer:
   1. What does this software do?
   2. Rate it
   3. Comments
   4. Rate yourself as a computer user. IE: a) enthusiast b) just for work c) social networks ...etc
7. Also let user know if they are running the latest version
8. Malware crossreference?
